How to Respond to Automatic Negative Thoughts

In the next few sections, we'll look at how we can respond to our automatic negative thoughts mindfully, and with techniques from cognitive therapy/CBT. The video below describes how we can just watch our thoughts and let them, rather then getting cuaght up in them.
